Bug: Criei um clan para mostrar o bug, com 3 lideres, o bug consiste em não dar para Rebaixar ou Expulsar um líder do clan mesmo com todos online.

Analisamos o problema e não tem como rebaixar líderes mesmo você sendo líder também, portanto não é um "bug".
